Communication from both Mark & the company were key to keeping me upto date as I got emails at all stages of the processing. Mark even showed me their online case tracking system which even for a technophobe like me was simple to use & allowed me to check where my application was upto 24/7. The whole process took 5 weeks which was within the 6 weeks recommended. Legals a bit slow at some stages, but Ashfords did a good job & the hold up was at Aviva's end anyway. Overall a good performance from a professional outfit.
